LIFT is looking different these days

Yes, it's true! We went from a small garage gym to the great open world of the U S A! After a trying year in 2020, my husband and I re-evaluated what we REALLY wanted from life and the answer wasn't the life we were living.

So, we built our very own tiny home out of a retired school bus and packed up some versatile gym equipment and hit the road with our three dogs. As crazy as it sounds, we are PUMPED about this next chapter and can not wait to bring you the NEW LIFT!
